1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to pusyy. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the pusyy platform, including the website, services, games, and all content available on it. By accessing or using the pusyy platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the pusyy platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the pusyy platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one pusyy account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, address, phone number, or device is prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. pusyy reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

3 User Account Management

Your pusyy account is personal and non-transferable. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• Password: You must keep your account password confidential. pusyy recommends using a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security.
• Suspicious activity notice: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, you must notify the pusyy support team immediately.
• Latest information: You are responsible for keeping the personal information in your account up to date and accurate.

Pusyy will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive any such request claiming to be from pusyy, please disregard it and contact our support team immediately.

4 Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions at pusyy are processed through secure payment channels protected with the highest level of data encryption. pusyy accepts a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and instant bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum deposit limit is as specified on the platform's deposit page, depending on the selected payment method.
• Withdrawal: All withdrawal requests are processed upon completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 3 hours during business hours.
• Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn via the same method used for the deposit, except in specific circumstances approved by pusyy.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Rewards

• Final results: The outcome of all games on pusyy is final once recorded by the system. No appeals may be made against valid results.
• Technical disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, pusyy will investigate and resolve any disputes based on server logs. Decisions based on server logs are final.
• Unauthorized betting: pusyy reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or other exceptional circumstances.
• Betting limit: Minimum and maximum bet limits are as stated at each table or game. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Activities on the Platform

Use of the pusyy platform is subject to the following prohibitions. Violation of any of these may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any other automation tools during gameplay
• Money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds
• Collusion between players to defraud the system or other players
• Any attempt to hack, modify, or interfere with the integrity of pusyy software or servers
• Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account
• Sharing account information with third parties
• Any activity that violates applicable local or international law

8 Account Suspension and Termination

Pusyy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process within the specified timeframe
• Requests from regulatory authorities or law enforcement
• Accounts inactive for a consecutive period exceeding 12 months

If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via an appropriate payment method following the necessary investigation and verification.

You may close your pusyy account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days after identity verification.

9 pusyy Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, pusyy and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform
• Service disruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond pusyy's control
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence
• Any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising from use of or inability to use the platform

Pusyy's total maximum liability to you under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount you have deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10 Responsible Gaming
